    Location: On the road, Job Type: Full Time, Monday through Friday and Weekends as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
    • Proven experience in engaging and recruiting volunteers effectively
    • Background in public speaking and community outreach
    • Availability for evening and weekend events
    • Self-driven and capable of independent fieldwork
    • Proficient in event organization and hosting
    • Familiarity with local community entities
    • Possession of a valid Driver's License

    Responsibilities:

    • Introduce volunteers to patients
    • Engage in one speaking task weekly
    • Establish community connections and interactions weekly
    • Promote volunteer participation through various methods
    • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events
    • Ensure a set number of volunteer applications per month
    • Convert applications into active volunteers effectively
    • Focus on community engagement over office work
