Deskside Support Specialist/Field Support Specialist

Morristown, NJ (Onsite)

Min 2 years of experience

Full Time role


As a member of the On Site Service (OSS) team associate will provides quality support with a high degree of customer service, technical expertise and timeliness.

This position has frequent contact with users, peers and managers through telephone support (help desk) and field support (service requests and on site problem resolution).

Works in a team environment to resolve customer problems and supports other members of the Desktop Services department in providing customer support.

Provide hands-on support to other IT teams including but not limited to Network Services, Business Applications, client teams.

(1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue

(2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time

(3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies

(4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts

(5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases


Pay:
$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
