The German Institute for Cell and Tissue Replacement (DIZG) in Berlin is a non-profit pharmaceutical company that has been providing human cell and tissue transplants for surgical procedures to clinics and surgeons in Germany and Europe for over 29 years.

We are one of the largest non-profit institutions of this kind in Europe, with a focus on pharmaceutical and biotechnology.

To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a full-time
Assistant to the Production Manager (m/f/d) to start immediately.


Your responsibilities:

  • Management and execution of reports on productionrelated projects (e.g. optimization projects, change control procedures, process validations)
  • Regular submission of written reports
  • Creation of presentations
  • Followup of meetings, documentation and archiving of decisions
  • Analysis and interpretation of data
  • Preparation of production and quality indicators
  • Monitoring of quality goals
  • Preparation and followup of regulatory inspections
  • Research and preparation of relevant information and data for meetings and presentations
  • If necessary, development or revision of existing procedures, work and test instructions, SOPs and other documents of the DIZG quality management system
  • Compliance with quality assurance measures outlined in DIZG policy documents
  • Organization of personal development and regular study of specific literature and its evaluation
  • Support with administrative and organizational tasks and ensuring compliance with objectives and quality requirements

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk, office manager, secretary) or qualification as a project assistant
