What can you expect?

  • You will complete an 18-month trainee program with many opportunities for customization
  • You will support in advising and supporting our clients in all disciplines of media planning (paid social, paid search, display, video, mobile, offline, etc.)
  • You will take on holistic campaign management (strategy, target group analysis, conception, planning, implementation, optimization) including analysis, interpretation, and graphic preparation to present the results
  • You will develop the client relationship, assess market and industry trends, and participate in pitch phases

What should you bring?

  • You have completed a university degree (ideally with a focus on marketing)
  • You have already gained initial knowledge of the market, relevant players, and the most important planning tools through internships in the media industry
  • You have strong communication and decision-making skills
  • You bring passion for the job and commitment to actively shape the success of our clients and our agency
