'Branch Manager / Territory Manager for Home Accessories (m/f/d)

immediate start | Astatula, FL | XXXLutz Furniture Store Haßfurt | Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Training and organizing professional workshops, such as supplier training for apprentices, professionals, and department managers
  • Close contact with department managers and professionals to increase customer and employee satisfaction and ensure sales targets are met
  • Participation in various trade fairs, purchasing, and supplier meetings
  • Inventory control of the product range according to function and price structure
  • Support for new store openings and renovations, such as during changes in the product range
Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training/degree in the retail industry
  • Professional experience in retail and product category
  • Leadership and management experience with employees
  • Practical person with a high level of implementation quality and initiative
  • Good communication skills team player
  • Willingness to work at different locations
