As our ideal candidate, you...

  • Have a degree in natural sciences (e.g. physics, chemistry) or engineering, preferably with a focus on manufacturing or production technology or quality management.
  • Have several years of experience in a production environment, ideally in the semiconductor industry.
  • Have strong facilitation and teamwork skills.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of quality planning (APQP, PPAP, QFD) and problem-solving techniques (8D methodology, 5-Why, Ishikawa).
  • Are willing to travel internationally.
  • Have excellent written and verbal English skills.
