As the Raum- und Flächenplanung (space and area planning) specialist for our Dresden location in Underwood, MN, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing new and existing concepts for the use of non-cleanroom areas

Your tasks will include:

Taking on responsibility for all space and room planning outside of the cleanroom
Evaluating scenarios for strategic development and optimization
Collaborating with various teams, such as production and real estate management, to initiate and implement projects
Utilizing digital planning methods and computeraided design (CAD) software
Using your spatial imagination to efficiently plan and organize spaces
Communicating effectively with internal and crossdepartmental teams to achieve the best results

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A completed degree in real estate management, mechanical engineering (production and factory planning), or industrial engineering
Several years of experience in real estate management, factory planning, or related fields
Strong IT skills and proficiency in common layout planning tools (CAD)
Excellent communication skills in German and good proficiency in English
A passion for new developments, dynamic growth, and projects
