ABOUT THE TEAM

The Corporate Functions Operations team, within the Strategy & Operations unit, is dedicated to driving and facilitating GFA's transformation in close collaboration with the GFA Leadership team, experts, and other stakeholders.

We continuously innovate and execute along the following dimensions:
designing, developing, deploying, and improving finance processes. We involve stakeholders and users to increase process maturity and deliver exceptional process experiences.

The Source-to-Pay (S2P) Process Management Team aims to increase visibility into spending and decision-making for the end-to-end source-to-pay process (Demand - Source - Contract - Procure - Invoice - Pay).

We ensure that processes are intuitive, standardized, automated, compliant, and effective. Our team strives to meet end-users' needs while considering SAP's strategic business and compliance requirements.

We achieve this by implementing simpler and more homogeneous S2P processes and embedding generative business Artificial Intelligence (AI) into cloud solutions (SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, SAP Concur) to enhance customer satisfaction.

S2P also works towards centralizing, automating, and standardizing services, driving process excellence, and fully adopting SAP Procurement Solutions to reduce and avoid operational workload.

We support the procurement and shared services organization by orchestrating the ecosystem and navigating upcoming challenging environments through collaborative internal business partnerships and strong relationships with our external suppliers.
