For our client, a medium-sized company in Nuremberg, we are currently looking for a Watseka Personnel Manager (m/f/d) to join their team on a full-time or part-time basis through direct placement.
You will be solely responsible for handling all personnel-related processes within the company:
Expert advice to management and executives on all personnel matters
General operational tasks in the HR department
Personnel support from hiring to termination
Maintaining personnel files
Preparing employment contracts, references, warnings, and terminations
Managing time tracking
Independent processing of monthly payroll and salary statements for approximately 60 employees plus pension recipients
Handling reporting and certification processes
Competent point of contact for employees and authorities regarding tax, social security, and payroll-related issues
Participation in HR projects
Developing personnel development measures
Collaboration with the works council
Responsibility for the entire recruitment process in collaboration with individual departments
Applicant management
Organization of insurance matters for the HR department (company pension, accident insurance, group accident insurance)
