As a Sustainability Manager Specialist (m/f/d), you will establish the sustainability strategy in our savings bank and develop measures to increase sustainability performance. You will report to the Head of the Executive Board Office.
Your tasks
- You will create the mandatory sustainability report and coordinate the implementation of regulatory requirements, in particular CSRD and EU Taxonomy
- You will design the sustainability management and integrate it into the business strategy
- Reporting to the Executive Board and preparing decision templates for strategic decision-making on sustainability issues are part of your responsibilities
- You will monitor the implementation of the sustainability program and ensure networking with sustainability-relevant areas of the savings bank in order to incorporate them into processes
- You are passionate about developing measures to increase the sustainability performance of the savings bank
Your profile
- You have completed the Sparkassenbetriebswirt/-in or a comparable qualification
- You have the ability to work independently and cooperatively
