Description
As a demanding and modern service company, Toll Collect GmbH operates a powerful truck toll system on German federal highways.
The toll revenues are used to maintain and expand the transportation infrastructure, ensuring the mobility of people and goods in the heart of Europe.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for processing predominantly written inquiries from our customers and service providers in the toll environment.
- You will process and document the business transactions initiated by customers in our customer management system, while adhering to the agreed service levels.
- You will accurately identify the concerns of customers, analyze the individual situation, and resolve any issues in consultation with other teams and departments, providing customers with appropriate information as needed.
- You will work cooperatively with colleagues from other teams to ensure optimal customer orientation in handling individual cases.
Qualifications:
- You have extensive professional experience in customer service, ideally also in handling complaints and/or managing grievances.
- You are proficient in the German language and may also have knowledge of another language (not a requirement).
- You demonstrate your communication skills through customeroriented and needsbased writing in customer correspondence.
- You are accustomed to working with multiple applications simultaneously, always maintaining an overview, and may also have experience working with MS Office tools (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel).
- You are characterized by strong communication skills, teamwork, determination, commitment, and reliability.
