What will you do with us?

As a team leader (m/f/d) in sales, you lead and coordinate the sales team and conduct weekly team meetings.
You not only ensure that the sales team works efficiently, receives training and coaching, and increases sales, but you also occasionally conduct sales consultations.
You use the CRM program to capture, analyze, and regularly report on sales metrics.
You are responsible for recruiting new sales employees and actively participate in the recruiting process.
