Your tasks:

  • Collecting, systematizing, and evaluating scientific publications and teaching materials (literature research, source research, database analysis)
  • Planning, developing, and characterizing training concepts as part of the ongoing development
  • Data collection, preparation, and analysis
  • Further development of training concepts, curricula, and training materials
  • Planning, partially implementing, and documenting training measures
  • Evaluating and monitoring the success of project milestones
  • Providing services for the research project, including communication with thirdparty funders and coordination with project partners
  • Public relations: Preparing and presenting results
  • Developing instruments and strategies for public relations and science communication
  • Developing result reports for the research project
  • Creating concepts for practical transfer
  • Publishing achieved results

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed social science or humanities studies (preferably in education, sociology, or a related field)
  • Experience in vocational education
  • Knowledge of research methods and experience in qualitative research, as well as knowledge of quantitative data collection methods
  • Experience with standard PC applications and MAXqda
  • Experience in public relations
  • Creative and solutionoriented thinking
  • Structured work style, high team spirit, handson mentality
