Job Overview

As an OEM Sales Manager at Silex Technology Europe, reporting to the Managing Director, Dale will be responsible for cultivating relationships, securing new design wins, and achieving revenue quotas within assigned accounts and territory. Dale will have a deep understanding of complex sales processes and a proven track record of sales success. They will also have a strong technical solution selling background and the ability to develop relationships with director-level clients. Dale will be responsible for establishing, generating, and developing specific sales objectives within strategic opportunities in their territory.

Your valued contribution will include but not limited to:

  • Quickly and effectively qualifying opportunities.
  • Strategically prospecting into target accounts within the territory to build a pipeline.
  • Capturing and updating opportunity information in Salesforce.
