Take the next step in your career We are looking for an employee (m/f/d) as branch manager for our Bad Sassendorf branch.


Your responsibilities include:


  • Managing the branch and leading the employees
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the branch (functionality, staffing)
  • Representing the Sparkasse/branch
  • Active acquisition/customer approach/information
  • Structured needs assessment (e.g. financial check, detailed analysis) and advice for private customers
  • Processing domestic/foreign payment transactions

You have the following qualifications:


  • Successfully completed training as a bank clerk and further training as a Sparkassenbetriebswirt or comparable qualification
  • Enjoyment and experience in leading employees
  • Communicative, confident appearance
  • High customer and sales orientation
  • Initiative, good selforganization, and flexibility
  • Decisionmaking and contact skills
