As a plastic and rubber technologist, you will transform plastic granules into a completely new form. The finished parts are then used in various industries, including medicine and automotive.

- Duration of training: 3 years
- Vocational school: Dinkelsbühl (block lessons with optional dormitory accommodation, costs covered by toolcraft)
- Training directly in the department from the beginning, basic metal training in the Spalt training workshop
- Upon successful completion of your training, we guarantee you a position in the department
- You have the opportunity to get to know the field in advance through a trial internship
Training content
- Manufacturing of plastic parts using the injection molding process
- Adjusting and controlling machines
- Processing and shaping semi-finished products or components into parts or finished products
- Inspecting finished parts for quality and customer specifications
- Optimizing machines, processes, and work procedures
- Practical training in the Spalt mold making training workshop
