Responsibilities:

• Maintaining order and security for our clients
• Checking access authorizations and redirecting unauthorized persons
• Fire protection activities and patrols
• Observing and preventing theft in retail stores
• Patrols
• Regulating customer flow
• Protecting customers through a visible presence in uniform
• Mediating disputes (deescalation)

Qualifications:

• At least 34a GewO certification, preferably 34a GewO proficiency exam (can also be obtained through us)
• Proficient in spoken and written German (at least B2 level)
• Clean criminal record (not older than 6 months)
• Neat appearance, good manners, and discretion
• Reliability, punctuality, flexibility, and loyalty
• Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and at night
• Willingness to travel and be flexible
• Driver's license (B) + vehicle preferred
