Financial Accountant (m/f/d) for our office team at our
Berlin location. The contract will be
permanent.

Your responsibilities

  • You scan paper receipts or import electronically received receipts, check the data in X-Suite, and import it into SAP.
  • You verify the formal and content accuracy of invoices, if necessary.
  • You handle preentry in SAP-FI.
  • You distribute receipts to the responsible accountants, with or without purchase reference.
  • You advise and support faculty administrations and budget officers.
  • You answer questions regarding cash and accounting.
  • You maintain booking
