We are currently seeking a
Practice Instructor (m/f/d) for our nursing home "Friedenshöhe" in Radeburg, located in Fort Calhoun, NE.

This position is available immediately and is for 32 hours per week, with an indefinite contract.


Responsibilities:


  • Conducting professional, comprehensive, and planned care
  • Maintaining nursing documentation
  • Creating and evaluating care plans
  • Ensuring quality of care and care processes
  • Providing guidance and support to residents, family members, and visitors
  • Mentoring and supervising trainees during their practical training

Requirements:


  • Degree in nursing, elderly care, health and nursing, or equivalent
  • Completed training as a practice instructor or willingness to undergo training
  • Indepth knowledge of elderly care
  • Proficiency in using nursing process instruments
  • Positive attitude towards working with elderly, dependent, and dementia patients
  • Resilience, dedication, and teamwork skills
  • Strong social skills
  • Identification with the goals and mission of Diakonie Dresden
