Maintenance, repairs, optimization, modernization - your tasks are as diverse as our numerous properties and customers. From day one, you'll be able to get hands-on experience. Of course, you won't be alone. Together with your colleagues, you'll ensure that the heating and plumbing systems are in top condition for our tenants every day. You'll be on the go a lot and demonstrate patience and skill during installation work, have a good sense for problem analysis, and show perseverance when troubleshooting our water and heating circuits. You always take enough time for the individual concerns of our tenants, who appreciate your work because you know what needs to be done.
