What can you expect?

  • You will be responsible for our after-sales customers in Germany and other European countries
  • You will manage service requests from receipt to shipment
  • You will perform technical analyses of customer inquiries for jewelry
  • You will create cost estimates and repair orders
  • You will communicate via email and telephone
  • You will handle all administrative tasks, including processing incoming mail

What do you need to bring?

  • You have successfully completed a commercial or goldsmith apprenticeship
  • You have excellent written and spoken English skills
