Team Assistant (m/f/d)

part-time (25%, hours per week) at the earliest opportunity. The position is initially limited until December 31, 2024 and is a parental leave replacement.


Your responsibilities:


  • Independent management of the secretariat and support for chair management
  • Administration of personnel matters (e.g. hiring and vacation requests, travel requests)
  • Digital teaching and examination organization
  • Financial management (cost center organization, assistance with thirdparty funding management)
  • Collaboration with the faculty and university administration (room allocation, budget, personnel matters, procurement)
  • Assistance with organizing and planning events
  • Updating websites

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed relevant vocational training and professional experience in the secretarial/assistant field
  • Experience in higher education or administration is desirable
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in PC skills (internet, email, MS Office)
  • Willingness to familiarize oneself with internet applications such as CampusOnline, if no prior knowledge is available
  • Team player with good communication skills
