The

The Ambulatory Support Services department offers ambulatory support services for people with cognitive and/or mental disabilities in Münster and the Warendorf district.

The Westfalenfleiß GmbH is looking for
committed pedagogical professionals as
assistants (m/f/d) for our Ambulatory Support Services department, starting as soon as possible, on a permanent basis, part-time hours/week).

Your responsibilities

Assisting adults with cognitive and/or mental disabilities in their homes (Warendorf district and Münster)
Planning and implementing support services for and with clients during the week and on weekends
Participating in and contributing to the development of individual support plans
Assisting with the conceptual development and implementation of support services
Coordination and organizational tasks
Documenting provided services

Your profile

Degree in social pedagogy, special education, social work, or equivalent in the pedagogical field
At least one year of professional experience in ambulatory work with people with cognitive and/or mental disabilities
Resourceoriented and personcentered approach
Empathy, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills
Organizational skills and high level of commitment
Driver's license (Class B)
