In full-time

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for à la carte, half-board and event guests
  • Design, planning and preparation of regional dishes, menus and buffets
  • Creativity and innovation in the preparation of all types of food (e.g. also during coffee breaks)

You are:

  • Successful completion of training in the hotel and catering industry
  • Several years of work experience in the gastronomy sector
  • You want to surprise and delight guests
  • Passion and joy in processing fresh food
  • You enjoy working with small producers and local farmers and represent the value of nose-to-tail utilization
  • You have a passion for regionalism and sustainability
  • You are excited about developing the offer together with the team
