Description

Our client, your new employer, is looking for you as Head of Accounting (m/f/d) in a permanent position for our client, a company in the healthcare industry located in the city center of Hamburg.

Your responsibilities include managing and leading the accounting team, being the main contact for financial and group accounting questions, coordinating ongoing accounting and intercompany allocations, preparing VAT returns and annual declarations, and actively participating in the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB.

You will also serve as the main contact for tax advisors and auditors.

Your profile should include a completed commercial education and further training as a certified accountant (m/f/d), as well as experience in a leadership role, for example as (deputy) team leader or department head in accounting, ideally in a corporate environment.
