As the leader of our technical support and repair department, you are responsible for the professional and disciplinary management, development, and promotion of our employees.

You ensure the effective and efficient handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and internal technical requests by your team members. You also ensure smooth communication with other internal departments to meet customer needs. Additionally, you develop, implement, and improve processes that you then manage in the interface with other areas.
