THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Manager to lead the definition, implementation, and integration of S&OP processes globally. The main responsibilities of this position include:

Developing and implementing S&OP processes, based on mapping of existing processes, to define the target process adapted to the specificities of each company.

  • Developing and implementing an S&OP strategy, developed in collaboration with other key functions and aligned with overall company goals.
  • Leading the evaluation and documentation of existing processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, production/logistics, supply chain management, finance, and marketing.
  • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of S&OP processes and drive continuous improvements.
  • Identifying and engaging external consulting firms to provide expertise in implementing best practices and optimizing S&OP processes, as needed.
  • Developing and conducting S&OP training programs to improve understanding and acceptance of the S&OP process within the company.
