Description
On behalf of our renowned client from the Bremen area, we are currently seeking an assistant (m/f/d) for organizational and administrative tasks in the field of project management in Venango, NE.
Your responsibilities:
- In collaboration with project managers, you will create offers, projectrelated documents, and define milestones
- You will conduct independent research and create project plans, presentations, and reports
- You will be responsible for project controlling and monitoring time, costs, and resource plans
- Using project data evaluations, you will create reports
- You will organize appointments and document meetings
- Additionally, you will support in project calculation and invoicing
Your profile:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
- You have relevant professional experience in a similar position
- You are proficient in using common Microsoft Office programs and ideally have experience with an ERP system
- In addition to fluent German skills, you have good English skills
- You are known for your conscientious and structured way of working
- Communication and teamwork skills, as well as flexibility, round off your profile
