The Atlas Education Center has been operating in the Ruhr area as an independent provider of youth welfare for several years.

We offer various forms of outpatient support according to Sections 27 ff. SGB VIII.


These include:

educational assistance (- 29), social group work (- 30), social pedagogical family assistance (- 31), intensive social pedagogical individual support (- 35, - 41), and
integration assistance (- 35a).

We are now looking for dedicated integration assistants or school companions to complement our multidisciplinary team. Experience in this profession is an advantage, but we also welcome newcomers to our team.

  • Experience working with children and adolescents
  • A systemic, solutionoriented, and resourceoriented approach
  • Independence and a high level of selfresponsibility
  • Resilience and reliability
  • PC skills

_Your tasks:
_


  • Accompanying and supporting children and adolescents with specific support needs in their school day (lessons, breaks, school events)
  • Acting as a link between family, school, and child/adolescent
  • Creating reports and documentation
  • Cooperation with all involved institutions and authorities
  • Participation in training and team meetings

Type of position:
Part-time, fixed-term contract, freelance work, mini-job


Working hours:

  • No weekends
  • Monday to Friday
