Description

We are looking for you for our location in Nuremberg
as a Purchaser (m/f/d) / Operational Buyer (m/f/d) / Dispatcher (m/f/d) for Food Wholesale in full-time with 38.5 hours/week.

After a cross-departmental training, you will independently manage the demand-oriented and cost-effective procurement of your fixed suppliers with the help of a professional ERP system.

Your responsibilities

You continuously optimize the availability of goods and the inventory levels of your product range.
You cooperate and communicate closely with other departments especially with our own warehouse and transport logistics as well as our sales department to ensure a smooth flow of goods and the highest level of product freshness.
You process and review order proposals for plausibility and maintain relevant article master data for procurement in daytoday operations, such as for new products or changes to existing products.
You conduct purchasing negotiations and annual discussions with the suppliers of your product range in collaboration with the purchasing management.
You search for new suppliers and products as needed to expand or replace your product range.

Your personal profile

You have a
commercial education in wholesale and foreign trade or a comparable
commercial education such as
industrial clerk (m/f/d), hotel clerk (m/f/d), trade specialist (m/f/d) or business specialist (m/f/d).
