Ideally, you have a background in the restaurant industry, are a trained specialist in system gastronomy or a restaurant specialist, but we also welcome applicants with relevant experience who are looking for a career change.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Being the main point of contact for our guests
  • Preparation and execution of conferences, business meals, and banquets
  • Upscale menu service, TV garden, bistro/coffee bar, internal and external special events
  • Marketing activities
  • Organization, reception, and support of visitor groups at ZDF
  • Participation in inventories, creating offers and invoices
  • Maintenance of cash registers and selfcheckout systems in our company restaurants
  • Compliance with and implementation of hygiene standards
