About Us:
The Commit cbf is a non-profit organization where disabled and non-disabled individuals come together to advocate for the rights of disabled people.
One of our goals is to promote self-determination and independence for disabled citizens through our various club and service offerings, while also encouraging their participation in community life and contributing to an inclusive society.
We are dedicated to motivating and supporting children and youth with disabilities in daycare and school settings, working towards achieving their participation goals and helping them integrate into group or classroom environments.
This involves collaborating with parents and multidisciplinary teams. We are seeking candidates with a completed pedagogical degree (B.A. or M.A.) or a completed pedagogical training, as well as a strong interest and experience in working with children and youth.Candidates should also possess openness towards individuals with disabilities, empathy, excellent communication skills, reliability, and a passion for working with children and youth.
