What will you be doing?

You will develop and implement procurement strategies for animal-based raw materials in the international market. Your responsibility will include a sustainable and cost-conscious approach to procurement
You will actively monitor and analyze market trends and innovation opportunities within relevant product categories
You will lead and carefully document contract negotiations with our suppliers
You will conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
In collaboration with the controlling department, you will create budget plans and establish calculation guidelines
You will oversee and lead projects in close cooperation with your purchasing team colleagues and relevant interfaces
