With the implementation of funding programs from the federal government, the state, and our own, we at the Investment and Development Bank of Rhineland-Palatinate (ISB) ensure the creation of affordable housing, the strengthening of the economy, and the maintenance of a stable infrastructure - for the people, businesses, and municipalities in the state.

We are currently looking for several clerks (m/f/d) to process the reimbursement of Corona programs, on a temporary basis until [date].

Your tasks include reviewing the submitted applications for Corona aid to ensure proper use of the disbursed subsidies, requesting proof of use, issuing repayment notices, calculating interest, processing appeals, and monitoring payment receipts.

Your qualifications include a completed commercial education with experience in customer relations, good knowledge of business administration, and proficiency in MS Office products.

You should also possess independence, responsibility, communication skills, teamwork, service orientation, willingness to perform, and flexibility in terms of time.
