The District Committee of the Hochtaunus District is currently seeking a

Agricultural Scientist, Agricultural Economist, Agricultural Master, Oenologist or similar as
Department Head / Project Manager / Agricultural Advisor (m/f/d)

for Department Rural Area.

As the Head (m/f/d) of Department Rural Area, you will lead the cross-departmental teams and coordinate cooperation with government agencies, institutions, and citizens in the Rhine-Main area.

The department performs a variety of specialized tasks. In addition to the Hochtaunus District, the areas of operation also include the Main-Taunus District, the Offenbach District, and the independent cities of Frankfurt am Main and Offenbach am Main. Among other things, projects and measures in the field of agricultural policy, regional development, and resource and environmental protection are implemented in an interdisciplinary team on behalf of the state of Hessen and the municipalities, and corresponding supervisory tasks are carried out.
