Your tasks:

Conceptualization and management of projects for the procurement and commissioning of production facilities for the production of laboratory products made of plastic
Planning and implementation of continuous improvement projects for existing facilities in the field of plastic injection molding
Participation in investment planning
Identifying potential for optimization and improving production and procurement processes
Close collaboration with the production, purchasing, product management, and development departments in the introduction of new product and manufacturing technologies

Your profile:

Successfully completed studies in plastics engineering, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering, alternatively a comparable education with further training as a technician (m/f/d)
Relevant professional experience in the field of plastic injection molding and/or toolmaking
Experience in leading project teams desirable
Willingness to travel for occasional business trips within Germany and abroad
Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a high level of initiative for solution-oriented work
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
