My name is Thorsten Ziehl and I am the Head of Operations at RG Finance GmbH. Over the past few years, I have built up the Operations department - with a focus on numbers. We are a team of 20 people, helping growth companies achieve secure and profitable growth.

To further our mission, we are looking for a Controller

What can you expect as a Controller at our company?


Your responsibilities:

  • Key figure analysis: You monitor and analyze the key figures of our clients. Based on this, you provide clear recommendations for action to our clients' management.
  • Financial planning: You create and update integrated financial plans in the areas of income statement, liquidity, and balance sheet for our clients.
  • Ad hoc reports: You create databased decisionmaking bases for strategic questions, such as investment decisions or scenarios. This may also include preparations for company sales.
  • Previous experience: You have at least three years of relevant professional experience in controlling or finance.
  • Level: Experienced with at least 3 years of relevant practical experience.
  • Mindset: Affinity for numbers and analytical thinking, structured work style and high level of initiative, strong communication skills and teamwork.
