Currently, more than engineers work for us to realize and sustainably maintain new bridges, tunnels, train stations, tracks, and signal systems - but that's not nearly enough.

As an engineer at the German Railway, you can plan, manage, or supervise something that will remain:
the infrastructure for future generations.

We are currently looking for you as a specialist in electrical engineering (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO AG at our location in Düsseldorf, starting as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

You are responsible for the planning and construction as well as the technical quality assurance of construction projects for electrical energy systems (EEA), such as electrical power distribution, lighting, emergency power supply, and lightning protection systems.
You also ensure that all EEA in the region are safely planned and constructed by monitoring compliance with various regulations and guidelines.
For new construction or replacement projects of EEA, you determine the basics and develop suitable concepts.
You technically review and randomly inspect design and, if necessary, execution plans.
You act as an interface to other internal departments (e.g. station management) as well as other DB companies.
As a consultant, you support project management in the context of construction projects, including claims and warranty demands, and make suggestions for planning optimization.
