Job Description:

  • Lead the operational excellence of our clients, drive digital transformation efforts, and ensure smooth implementation of new banking systems and solutions for major industry players
  • Work closely with clients and assist in all phases of the project life cycle, including analysis, requirements gathering, planning, development, testing, and deployment, to ensure project deliverables meet defined scope
  • Utilize strategic and critical thinking to develop recommendations that address client challenges
  • Conduct workshops with clients to gather requirements
  • Assist clients in defining user cases
  • Participate in the parameterization (development) of functionality for the Avaloq core banking system
  • Handle complex issues in testing and production
  • Gather requirements for the integration of new systems
