Job Overview:


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage price/delivery inquiries, formal quote requests, sales orders, and service orders. This includes processing, expediting, problem solving and basic technical support
  • Coordinate product deliveries between four production sites worldwide
  • Develop and foster relationships with customers, account managers, and project managers
  • Receive and resolve and/or escalate customer issues and inquiries
  • Maintain a customer focus while working in a fastpaced numbers driven environment
  • Meet and/or exceed all customer requirements in addition to departmental metrics
  • Embrace full "wing to wing" ownership of all commercial operations transactions
  • Understanding and knowledge of complex commercial terms, incoterms and ability to support point of contact to ensure execution of contractual terms
  • Assist the warehouse pull parts and take inventory
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university (from an accredited school or institution strongly preferred
  • Minimum 57 years of experience in sales or customer care experience in oil & gas, power, heavy equipment, or automation & controls) preferred
  • Must speak and Write in Spanish (mandatory)
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills including telephone communication and active listening
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to respond to unplanned situations and circumstances
  • Ability to read blueprints and shop manuals
  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience with Salesforce
