Expert Qualtrics Survey Software (m/f/d)

As Techniker, we shape the health insurance of tomorrow. Customer feedback helps us to continuously improve. We place particular emphasis on high-quality surveys and data, which we not only collect but also seamlessly integrate into our business processes. We are looking for support for the implementation and further development of the Qualtrics XM survey software in a cross-functional team.

Your tasks

  • Manage the Qualtrics platform, including creating and managing user accounts, access rights, and configuring settings, features, and interfaces
  • Build technical frameworks, including library structure, for questionnaires
  • Develop and establish survey standards on the Qualtrics platform, including conducting training
