We are currently looking for a Data Maintenance Clerk (m/f/d) for our location in 31135 Hildesheim, Shaftsburg, MI. This is a full-time, permanent position (38.5 hours/week).


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining and updating article, supplier, and customer master data, including customer item numbers and visit schedules for field sales representatives
  • Monitoring and ensuring data integrity
  • Preparation of master data conversion
  • Central printing and distribution of storage location labels for all locations
  • Supportive tasks in the area of IT infrastructure

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with experience in wholesale
  • IT affinity and knowledge of merchandise management systems
  • Conscientious, structured, and processoriented work style
  • Problemsolving skills as well as team and communication skills
