We are looking for a Personalreferent (m/f/d) for our client for direct employment.

Your tasks:

  • Support and advise managers on all operational and strategic HR issues; support managers in their daily leadership tasks
  • Support employees from entry to exit
  • Identify individual and departmentspecific training and development needs and provide sustainable support
  • Conduct all recruiting measures
  • Implement and support various peoplerelated projects

Your profile:

  • You have a commercial education with further training as a personnel specialist (m/f/d) or several years of professional experience in the HR department of an industrial company, preferably as an enthusiastic personnel service specialist.
  • You have sound knowledge of labor, works council, and social law
  • You are a creative and empathetic person
  • You demonstrate teamwork, a desire to shape, and a handson mentality
  • You have excellent communication skills, a good way with words, and a professional appearance
  • Reliability, discretion, and a sense of responsibility are a matter of course for you
