Are you interested in working with cutting-edge technologies and eager to use them in innovative projects with our clients?

You will be working on new dSPACE Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulators for testing and validating control and regulation systems for charging and batteries.

In the charging area, you will work with international communication standards and develop software for custom test systems, commission the systems, and hand them over to the customer.

These test systems range from compact component test systems to more complex integrated test systems and complete charging stations.
In the battery area, you will be responsible for securing the "brain" of the battery.

To ensure the best possible security for these battery management systems, you will work with a team to develop custom test systems, implement real-time simulation environments, and support the commissioning and maintenance of the created simulators.


Your tasks will include:

  • Gathering customer requirements and designing HIL test systems
  • Creating custom implementations for dSPACE realtime platforms
  • Conducting commissioning in Paderborn and at our customers' sites (national and international)
  • Supporting development in testing new solutions
  • Gradually taking on project responsibility

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed technical or scientific studies or equivalent
  • Experience with modelbased development using MATLAB/Simulink
  • Knowledge in the area of battery electric drivetrains, battery storage, or charging standards is advantageous
