YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruiting of working students, interns, and trainees for our international administrative and IT departments
Strategic expansion of graduate recruiting and establishment of a companywide endtoend process
Close collaboration with the Employer Branding and Talent Management teams
Participation in recruiting events and expansion of campus recruiting and university partnerships
Development of measures to identify, attract, and retain graduates
Supervision of a working student (m/w/d) supporting the graduate recruiting team
