Our client is a successful, established property management company for rental properties and condominium associations. We are looking for you as an
Property Manager (m/f/d) to independently manage a well-maintained portfolio.

Your responsibilities

  • Independent management of a designated portfolio of condominium associations
  • Preparation and independent execution of owners' meetings and audits
  • Processing and implementation of decisions made by the owners
  • Preparation of financial plans and annual statements according to the Condominium Act
  • Planning and handling of repair and modernization measures, insurance claims, and warranty claims including cost estimation and tendering
  • Contract awarding and verification of contracted services
  • Property inspections and documentation, as well as correspondence with owners, condominium associations, and external companies
Your profile

  • Completed training as a real estate agent, specialist or a comparable qualification, e.g. certified property manager
  • Professional experience in property management, preferably in condominium management
  • Relevant knowledge of the Condominium Act, contract and tenancy law
  • Proficient in MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Friendliness, reliability, a confident demeanor, and excellent communication skills complete your profile
