The Change Management department evaluates all changes in the IT and application landscapes of FI-TS and its clients. In the field of classic mainframe, open systems, and the latest network and cloud technologies, Change Management ensures that changes are controlled and carried out in accordance with regulatory requirements along a clearly defined process. As the responsible person in the "Operation Planning" department, you are in charge of the IT Change Management process and ensure the timely implementation of changes, as well as compliance with the change process, including careful coordination (internally and with our clients) and consistent quality assurance to minimize change risk and ensure error-free implementation of changes.
