Description

The m&i specialist clinic Ichenhausen is a modern health center of the m&i clinic group Enzensberg with a total of 360 beds and specialized acute and rehabilitation medicine in the fields of neurology/neuropsychology, geriatrics, internal medicine/rheumatology, and orthopedics/trauma surgery. Our neurological department includes early rehabilitation beds including intermediate care and ventilation, as well as beds for phases C and D. Other focal points include an acute department for Parkinson's disease (DPV-certified specialist clinic), multiple sclerosis, sleep medicine, geriatrics, and pain therapy. Our clinic also has practice facilities in the areas of physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.

Your tasks:

· Ensuring the complete catering for patients in the patient restaurant/on the ward and for employees according to health and hygiene requirements

· Contemporary menu planning based on nutritional aspects

· Responsibility for the preparation of special meals and events

· Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, in particular hygiene regulations and working time regulations

· Budget responsibility

· Procurement of goods and services

· Management of kitchen and service staff as well as scheduling
