Your responsibilities:

  • As an experienced recruiter (m/f/d) with a degree in business, psychology, law or a related field, or a completed apprenticeship as a personnel clerk, office manager or similar, you will be responsible for active sourcing.
  • You have extensive experience in research/active sourcing at a personnel consulting/executive search firm and are confident in direct approaches.
  • You are proficient in using research tools and databases (e.g. Xing, LinkedIn).
  • You have experience with various search strategies.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of hierarchy and in critical conversation situations, as well as a structured working style and a high level of service orientation.
  • Creativity, professionalism and persistence in information gathering/research are your strengths.
  • The ability to quickly familiarize yourself with different subject areas rounds off your qualifications.
