Specialist in Dental Claims Processing

This is your new task

Your main responsibility will be processing dental claims, including dental treatment, prosthetics, and orthodontics, in the form of invoices and treatment plans.
You will handle professional and solution-oriented inbound and outbound calls.
You will be responsible for providing service-oriented written responses to inquiries from customers and third parties, using both standardized and individualized correspondence.
You will also evaluate dental issues and backgrounds as part of pre-contractual checks.
You will help shape team processes and implement them.
You will also contribute to the design and further development of other claims management topics.
